Allergens
Our production facility is 100% free of gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, fish, and shellfish.
We process almonds, cashews and peanuts using shared equipment. To mitigate the risk of cross-contamination, we use Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) testing as a part of our sanitation verification process. ATP testing is a reliable method for assessing the cleanliness of our equipment, ensuring that it meets our stringent standards before and after production runs. This helps us to significantly reduce the risk of allergen cross-contamination.
Our facility adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and has a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan in place. This plan includes detailed procedures for cleaning and sanitation to address allergen cross-contamination concerns. Our team is trained to handle ingredients and products with the utmost care, ensuring that cross-contamination risks are minimized.
However, due to the shared equipment used for almonds, cashews and peanuts our products should be classified as having both allergens present. We believe in transparency and the safety of our customers, and therefore, we recommend that individuals with severe allergies to tree nuts other than almonds exercise caution.
