Some things to keep in mind when using a discount code at checkout:

~ Most discounts can only be used once per customer. 

~ Discount codes cannot be combined with any other discounts or web sales. 

~ Discount codes will not combine with the "subscription" order option.

~ Some discounts have an expiration date of 1 year from when they were issued. 

~ You will not be able to use a discount for a product that is out of stock. 

~ If you received a unique customer discount it will be tied to the email address on file and you will need to use that same email at checkout for the discount to be recognized. 

~ If your discount is for a free product with a minimum purchase threshold, then you must have the correct product already added to your cart for the discount to apply to it, and once the discount is applied your order must still meet the minimum purchase amount. You will then see the price for the free item adjusted to $0.
