In our patent-pending process, we lacto-ferment organic nuts to reach the perfect level of acidity and sourness. (Lacto-fermentation is the process of fermenting something in a salt brine and refers to the creation of lactic acid.) Our fermenting cultures are all 100% vegan.
Then, we dehydrate the nuts at the lowest possible temperature to dry them out, creating an extremely crunchy shelf-stable snack nut that pops in both flavor and texture.
